Just thought I would take the opportunity to say hello and introduce myself as this is my first posting.

I own a MY97 Reddish Blue UK Turbo. My only mods to date are a set of 17" Speedline alloys with 205/45 17 P1's on.

Future mods include larger rear spolier and possible air filter/exhaust and chipping.

Is there anybody out there in the Warrington / Wigan area? If so is there anybody local who you would recommend to carry out the mods?

I've ust had my 30k Service done @ DP Motorsport in Warrington directly behind speedkarting, they seem a decent knowledgable team, as to whether I'd recommend them . well I've only used them the once so could n't give a realistic judgement. They mainly specialise in Jap Cars, Scoobies, Evo's GTI-R's , Skylines etc.
Servicing and modifying.

Paul Webb uses and rates C+K (Stamford Garages) over in Manchester, Paul's a sound bloke too and would n't recommend a place that he would n't use himself.

Hiteq in Ashton-in-Makerfield (near 3 Sisters)do a lot of work on Skylines, Scoobies etc. Not used them personally, but they have a good name locally. My supplying dealer (Gibsons of Brock)fitted the spoiler, Scoobysport exhaust and Ramair. Wouldn't recommend you ask them to chip it though!

I hope you can make it to the next NW meet that Gary Chaplin is organising, there are a few more NW events in the pipeline......

Cheers Tony. Thats useful to know as I bought the car from Intermoto. As for the meet, just name the time and place. Keep me posted.
