I want the advantages of the increased gas flow rate offered by a full decat but is there somenthing I can do about the extra noise the decat brings?

I have a full H & S system going on a STI 5 just for reference

Paul you could have a centre pipe with a silencer fitted , this would remove any excess sound without reducing the flow
