Looking at either a blitz sus induction kit (around 150 + vat) or a K+N 57i for 92+ vat

Am I going to notice a difference in either sound or power between the 2?
It's for a 96 WRX if that makes a difference

 

Is the SUS the metal cone? I've got this one and love it. Don't know about power vs K&N as I don't know them, but the Blitz is superb for sound - you can play tunes with the throttle, especially with a VTA Costly, but beautiful.
