What is it about the UK (and possibly everywhere except Japan) that makes Subaru think we like orange bits in healights? I was just looking at a link someone posted to some wall paper pictures on the Japanese Subaru site, and the cars that appear there have orange bulbs in clear lenses in the headlight cluster.

Is there anyone who's already taken delivery of their 03 able to see if the orange in the headlight can be removed... (I was hoping it would just be an insert), or would the whole unit have to be replaced?

Thumbs up

It's going to be the first mod for mine

I took a look at one in the dealers - just look like they clip in. Only problem is how easy it to ensure the unit is still sealed when they're back together.

Oh - and I'm using blue bulbs in the front (OSRAM?) cos it's a WR Blue one, and Silver in the rears

Just trying to sort out when my car arrives from the importers...

It was at the dealers in Holland on 1st March - Not yet UK registered...

Gives me time to get the bulbs anyway...

Unhappy

Just been on the phone to the importers - they can deliver it next Wednesday, but it wouldn't be UK registered (cause they haven't got the certificate of conformity yet...). I'm not around after that, so it looks like delivery is on the 25th

You'll probably get to change yours first...
