Does anyone know what 'F.S.C' is at £9.99 per service - had this on all my recent services - is it for real or another reason to add on a few quid?. Just checking some old bills and found a few strange issues on the invoices - engine oil capacity seems to have risen to 5 litres (+ 1 additional for top up!) of oil charged per litre at nearly £9 + vat per litre .. never saw the remainder of the fifth litre .. you don't think it comes from a 40 gallon drum do you rather than in litre containers as charged! I think I will offer to work in their buying department .. I can do better than that!

edited to add perhaps its fuel treatment this seems to be on a few of cars past service history
