Seen a scoob Registered november 98 (S), has the low level spoiler and by the looks of it the old style bumper. Will it have the revised interior?

could be anything, some have the very early interior, some have the new dash but still big rubber gear lever gaiter, and some have the new leather gaitor, take you pick!!
The only way to know is go see it.

Can't be 100% sure , but I'd hazard a guess & say it has the older(no white dials) interior , think the March 99 car was the first facelifted version. White dial kits are cheap enough though!!

It depends what you mean by 'revised interior'

If you mean the white dial and lidded cubby (Forester) dashboard, then if it's a UK model, these came in from late 98 (98MY)

If you mean a silver logoed momo wheel and a different front bumper , 4 pot brakes with Subaru written on them etc, then you are looking at a 99MY which was late 98

The white dials, combined with the new dash from the Forester were for the '98 model, which was available from late '97.
