I already went through a full search about Forge VTA DVs, blue and red springs, flames... My question is: does all the fuel that enters the engine create some lubrication problem (wash the oil from cylinders), thus reducing life of the engine?

I have a Forge VTA on MY01, no idea if red or blue spring, and everything looks fine (vents little at medium rpm changes, vents more at high rpm changes, doesn't seem to vent in gear); but still, how should I judge if I am venting enough, or not enough (not fully decatted, no flames anyway), to baby my turbo?

sounds like the red spring - blue gives lots of venting all the time
