I have following modifications:

WRX MY01 with Samco Turbo Inlet and Intercooler Pipes, Up- Downpipe and Backbox. Do i need an uprated fuel pump and regulator for Ecutek?

On the "normal" WRX the injectors are the limiting factor if you want big HP, not the fuel pump. You only have to change the pump if you also change the injectors.
