If the very clean red scooby was the one parked in clifton bristol, I'm sad to say it has now been declared a total loss.
It was parked in its usual place 5th jan, I woke to shouts of "get out nicky its on fire" By the time I got downstairs and put out the fire the dash and int was gone. I managed to dissuade the firemen from levering open the bonnet to cut the battery leads, so given that the only body damage is a missing grille, n/s door handle and front sceen I was a bit suprised when they wrote it off. The best bit is the offer of 9k for the car! If anyone wants to view it before it goes to the salvage yard let me know quickly!

Is it the red one with gold 17s that usually parked just off Clifton Traingle or is this another one???

If it's going to salvage - are you able to take bits off it beforehand?

Turboteeth's got it right! I wont be able to take anything off but will know which salvage yard its going to. depending how its rated it may go very cheaply in an on line auction. I would have it myself but it will only get trashed again around here!

No way!!!! I used to love to see that car if I ventured that way. I only saw it moving once though! I did get a wave as well. Sorry to here about the loss. Elaborate on the facts was it a deliberate type instigation or an act of the Almighty?

Gutted for you!
