V or VI front spoiler, whats the difference?

The lip is about 1.3cm deep and can be fitted straight on to an STi V - I was quoted less than £200 painted and fitted (about £120 from memory).

Apparantly use of UK/foreign plates quite common in Japan. Suggests class or something
