I want to ensure nothing bad happening knock wise (standard STI7). What's the best gauge to go for?? Could you also give me some idea on price & ease of fitment.

Most of us use a Link produced Knocklink.These cost less than £100(I think).Not difficult to fit at all.Can be bought from brdeveloments.co.uk(?com).There is a very flash one to be released by them soon you may wwant to wait for that but it will be more expensive.
