My work car is finaly giving up the ghost (thank god... its a cavalier) and Im looking at Legacys. Can anyone tell me about them as I hear alot of praise for them, but not to many specifics. What will I get for about 4k? Whats the mpg like as its got to be a mile eater etc. Doesnt have to be fast as I have my weekend love (STi 4) for that. Any help well appreciated

MPG depends on how you drive it but mid to high 20s should be possible without driving like a snail. Still fast enough (with a short 200bhp) to keep you grinning.

I'm on my second Legacy and they're great for doing lots of miles - email me if you want more detail.
