WTF does it have to smell so bad..

And the smell stays on your clothes even when washed...

Never bothered me until you said the other night when we were doing JGM's car.

 

changed my clutch and f;ywheel the other week and that **** got all over my jacket, still stinks

 

David, you'll love LSD diff oil - it stinks even when new..

 

Absolutely hate the smell.

When my first gearbox went, the local dealer fitted a new one and put the old one in my boot (to take to my regular dealer).

Unfortunately he had forgotten to empty it first, so the full gearbox oil content found it's way into my boot, carpet, spare ...

I can assure you it took a while to remove the smell from the car [] Only took a year ...

 

I used to work in an Auto gearbox Remanufacturers...
After a year i still hated the smell as you walked into the warehouse....
Showed my mate how nice it smells when i changed the fluid in his GTIR last week..
I think it smells like Body Odour.. in the strongest form..

It smells like week old cat pi$$, and no mater how hard you try it gets everywhere when you use it.
