I just had to post a message expressing my sheer admiration for the wonderful car that the Impreza is...
I have only had my Scoob for just about a year and she has never been christened by snow. However, last night was her baptism. The heavy snowfall in south Herts made the roads treacherous and the M25 was like a sheet of glass - cars were sliding all over the place like it was the last performance of 'Holiday on Ice'. Very sad to see a Volvo, a DB7 and Boxster end up in the ditch on the side of the motorway.

But the Scoob held her own, confidently pushing forward where others feared to drive or had abandoned their pride and joy in the attempt. Thank you Subaru, and thank you car for getting me home to my worried wife, safe and in one piece...

Glad to hear that you got home ( I would imagine eventually..!!) safely.. Heard a few stories of drivers being stuck on the M11 for many many many hours..!!

The forecast that we will still see more snow over the weekend.. which will please the kids..!!

Take care in the snow as it will bite back when you least expect it..!!!
