We may have found the problem to be the DNS server we were pointing at for email not being updated properly.

doesn't look like it worked as nobody seems to be getting my replies to their test emails. Thank you to everyone for trying though.

Does anyone know anything about spam lists / open relay lists / any kind of email black list that they could search for scoobynet / esoftsolutions.co.uk on?

Maybe that's the problem?
