Has anyone had problems getting hold of their PPP Certificate?

I had my STI PPP fitted just before xmas and I still haven't had my certificate. The garage say that they are awaiting a couple from Prodrive, but it's been over a month now.

My insurance company quite rightly are getting stressed that I cannot prove the fitment and could nullify my insurance. If that is the case, I may have to have it removed

Anyone else had this problem?

I'd try speaking to Prodrive direct.

 

I would talk to the service manager and then the dealer principle if there is no joy but tell the SM that you have an appointment to see the boss if he cant resolved it. Explain the situation and tell him/her that you intend going to IM after if they cant resolve it. Give them a chance to solve it quickly. I am sure one may appear quickly or a statement from the garage on what they have fitted.

Basically what I was thinking. When i spoke to the garage on Friday I said that he should pass it on to his manager.

I'm going to pickup mu roof rack tomorrow, i'll try them

Same happened on my PPP for my MY01 WRX... they took a while to filter through..... annoying aint it!!
