Would you like pslewis to go and be a pain in the 4rse of another BBS?? Yes, of course you would!!

Well, my Impreza is 3 years old in May - MOT and end of warranty looms large ........... I am not good at MOT's and sitting in a car that could cost an arm and leg to fix, without a warranty, fills me with dread.

So, the options? Take the 2 year extra warranty - (£500 I read somewhere?) will need 4 new tyres in May too - (£600), MOT and 45,000 mile service = about £1500 keep for another 2 years and stay on this BBS for the duration

OR .............

Throw the Impreza in against a 4 wheel drive Tonka Toy - RAV4? CRV? X-Trail? Jeep? X5, Merc? - and clear off to another BBS!!! result eh? BUT, you need to help me - what do I go for??

Would you send me £1 each to pi55 off and help me buy one? Go on, its only £1!!

Pete

If I stay I wont get the £1 each!!

So, I will clear off when I get my Tonka Toy

No-one has recommended one, should I ask on a 4 wheel drive BBS

I KNOW I would NEVER get a Land Rover - pile of unreliable cr4p!!

As i said b4 buy a MY03 and stay on the bbs. So it looks like you need to give me £1 for giving you an idea to staying.
Even if you got a different car you'll be back.

Pete - I'd be glad to help

But remember ~ there is no shame in replacing yer scoob with a blue 3 wheeler for a man of your constitution.

If you can just post your address, bank sort code, account number, and any relevant PIN numbers I may need for the transaction - that would be spiffing.

u do sound a bit paranoid m8 Tyres shud b less than a tun a corner unless u got sum nice big wide gold uns that need special rubber MOT shud b a breeze @ just £30 unless u have dun loads of silly MODS that may risk yer ability 2 pass so confess all yer bad bits now
If u r genuinely lookign 4 a big 4x4 then how can u possibly still mock people with gold wheels & silly extras when all those big beasts r is look how big & clever i am when in reality i'm a bit slwo & lardy Yes even if yer budget will stretch 2 a X5 then true they do feel much more car like but then the scoob woodnt b so popular if that''s all it could manage (although admitedly even thou i managed 2 pull a bit off the trim when i was testing X5 on driven the interior does pi$$ on the scoob) But hey that aint no challenge me old dears lada came close lol
Si
PS(lewis) a £1 pah i'm skint id rather read yer ramblings than loose 5 miles worth of petrol

If you want something like a RAV, CRV why not get a forester? Loads better according to all the reviews (and me, I've got one). If you get the XT version nothing in it's class comes close. It's even been pitted against the Audi Allroad and won. The audi is about £9k more expensive.
Plus it's a scoob!

Much as it pains me to type this, just cos you ditched the scoob doesn't mean you have to leave the BBS - I didn't.

LOL...before you get all smug - its only 'cos I get a laugh out of your sad and pathetic wind ups

Oh, DIABLO - shucks, didnt think you cared sweetie

Forrester, interesting - looked at one, Subaru dealer insulted on P/Ex offer .......... why do Non-Subaru dealers offer so much more? ( I am talking £1000's!!) - the Forrester is hardly the 1st choice so you would have thought that the offer would be better than against say, a CRV from Honda?? BUT NO!!

Oh, yes, you CAN pay me to stay as well!

Not a bad idea Pete,I think you should sell the Scooby.( After all you have done for Subaru what Alan Partridge did for Lexus)

You cruel b4stards!!

I could thrash the lot of ya!! With my experience you just wouldnt have a clue!!

Anyway, went to see a Honda CR-V - very nice indeedy £20,500

Also, went to see a Nissan X-Trail - if you EVER want to see a tacky, cheaply made, plastiky car go and see one of these!! I really wanted to like it - but it was bl00dy AWFUL!!

As for the Forester, I took one out a couple of months ago - you know what? I cannot remember a thing about it!!! And I fear thats its problem.

The Honda CR-V REALLY impressed me
