Question

Can anyone recommend a main dealer for servicing in the above area. I live about 10 miles from Basingstoke, but work in Guildford so either area would be fine.

Touble is, they will not touch imports, part of their franchise agreement. They wouldnt order me a new mirror glass either, how bad is that. Try "subaru 4 u" The guy their has worked for mill lane before and knows his stuff and has very competetive prices. Based in Thatcham, ideal if you want to save a bit of money.

Dont go to Mill Lane cause its a shambles.
Couldn't park there today, when I did, after 2 min I had to move to
let someone out, when I eventually spoke to someone, he then had to get another guy from parts who was upstairs (where I couldnt go)
he then put down on a scrap bit of paper what I wanted, and went back upstairs. He didnt have a clue what the hell he was doing!
4 things I wanted was,
1, foglamp covers.(carbon style)
2, p1 stone guards.
3, a clip for holding the drivers mat in place.
4, a clip for holding the front bumper onto the wheelarch.

I didnt get any joy with any of the above,
However a short trip to reading was in order and the nice man there
was able to provide me with 3 of the said items, the one he couldn't get was a clip for the driver's mat, so well done Reading (or Pangbourne) for helping me out. Mill Lane, if you don't actually have a parts department, then you should advertise this fact.

Bttt for all of you peeps that have to use mill lane,
IMHO dont bother go the extra 16 mile and have a subaru
garage/franchise sort you out instead of a subaru/mistsi/isuzu,
you really dont get the attention you deserve!!!!!!!!!!!
