Proper Lombard RAC Rally for 2004?

I recently heard about this from a friend
A group of enthusiasts, who are fed up of the way David Richards has squeezed the character out of the RAC Rally are trying to recreate the old format, late nights, early mornings, huge road mileage, stages all over the country... back to the good old days!!!
