back end out?
In my last 4-5 cars i can seem to get the back end out easily on islands even in my transit, But in the scoob all it does is understeer all the time so how can i do it?
I know all my other cars was not 4wd

Different ball game mate.
Lift off oversteer is you best option.
E.G. lift off whilst going round a bend - then when the weight redistributes, floor it. the more you lift off, the greater the weight shift - careful though...
not on the roads though obviously!

Now it's snowy, get the car turning round a very slippery corner and jump on the throttle, it will wave the tail about quite nicely at low speeds. Great fun
Well anyway, my bugeye does, but I have got the geometry set so that it doesn't understeer much on wet/dry roads, and bump steer is less of an issue with the bugeyes than the classics.

you need to be revving quite high on entry, then suddenly lift off the gas, you will feel anything ranging from a little tread shuffle / weight distribution change, to a full tail slide depending on how fast / what gear / road surface / severity of lift off etc. After a while you will learn to feel / guesstimate what is needed to provoke a 'safe' slide.
It helps to tweak the steering sharply in the opposite direction of the corner before turning in / lifting off, rally-style, but again, not TOO severe and build up your speed / severity otherwise you will just spin.
