Scoobynet Vs The Economy
Ok, this isn't quite one of those, how many hours are you on here things. Although it's similair
I counted up that, i must cost my company about £50 a week for the amount of time i'm on here. That's being in the low salary band, that was on a thread in the NSR forum. So others are likely to waste maybe twice that amount of money by being on here
So how much must we be draining from the Economy each week? Assuming that 1500-2000 spend an hour or more a day on here?
I don't think it matters though, cause think about this. What we take out by skiving off work, we put back in via Road Tax, buying the latest models, fuel & fuel tax, modifications etc...
So it all works out in the end
Although I doubt our employers would see it that way
So are we good for the economy, or are we just leeching from our employers and helping no-one? Debate...

You could however argue that the fact we are on here for X hours a day makes us work harder when we aren't because a) we've had a break nd b)it reminds us of the fun we have and the need to work hard to afford to run the car / get the latest mods etc
