Question

Anyone fitted a removable "goose neck" type tow bar to a Prodrive Sti or a WRX. Looking for info on price, how good the fitting is and info on when the "goose neck" part is removed, can you see what’s left, or is the all out of sight behind the rear bumper?

I am hoping that when the tow bar is not in use, there is no trace or sign that one is fitted...

If you look underneath you can see it has one. Seriously though, on mine you can see part of the plug for the electrics and I think part of the tow bar plate. It doesn't exactly shout out "tow bar" but it is visible.

Thumbs up

Swan,
A "swift" reply all the way from South Africa!

Many thanks indeed from snowy Scotland. Want to tow a 450KG track car on an A-frame kind of deal, which will be hooked up direct to the chassis of the towed car, leaving all four wheels on the ground.

Fit the tow bar, hook up the little car and head for the track kind o’ deal

I'm interested in the same sort of thing - be interested in prices/recommended types etc. from anyone in the UK.
