Only places I know of online are Huets and cel-direct. I doubt you'll get much (if anything) off RRP, as dealers don't need to discount Genesis stuff in order to sell it ! If you're on a budget, keep an eye on Ebay & Loot as Genesis stuff occasionally turns up.

Steve.

Question

I need to upgrade my amp following a recent install. Genesis have been recommended as being good.

What's the word on the streets on this one please chaps?

Theyseem expensive but allegedly sonically magnificent. If tht's the case I would be happy to pay out. if not, an alternative recommendation would be most welcome.

Cheers

WB

I have a bootfull and they are very very good.

However, depending on your application, something else may be better for the job.

Take some professional advice ?

Can't go wrong with them really, nice neutral sound plus British made, which makes a change.

I've got 2 of the Genesis profile range. Fan cooled, very light and compact.

Another favourable vote from me. Used to have a Five Channel, but had to get rid of it as it didn't suit my speaker configuration. Keeping an eye out for a Four Channel now....

Question

Searched the web for a supplier at a good price, none found. Any suggestions as to who can supply this kit at a good price?

Definately go for Genesis. Have had few different makes in different cars - Genesis blow them all away!!! The absolute dogs B***ocks in sound quality , and they are v. small, british, and pretty much the lightest on the market - all important for keeping weight down and acelleration up! If you crank them up, they can also go very loud and retain their quality. NOTE they are not the loudest / most powerfull on the market, so if your only after braking windows with your dBs, look elsewhere. Having said that, they can still exceed the outputs of an awful lot of high profile amps. In conclusion - faultless!!! But you do pay for the quality - IMHO though, the money's worth it.
