Major cambelt service at 45k, it'll cost you about £500-£600.

See the FAQ here:

Hi,

Been looking at a green W plate Impreza at a main dealer today. I haven't driven it yet, but I will tomorrow.

Up at 12999 with 37k miles and one owner, is this a good deal? What should I be looking for?

Can someone also tell me servicing intervals and costs. Is there a big service round 50k for the cambelt that I need to budget for.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Neil

Big service at 45K or three years which ever is sooner, 30K (2 year) is a fairly big service but it should have had that one .

Servicing is 7.5K miles or 6 months which ever is sooner. The newer cars (MY2002) are every 12 months but personally I would swap oil every six months as a minimum.
