Bought my MY00 UK Impreza turbo last year and previous owner had fitted an aftermarket de-cat full exhaust system. Had been told it was a Scoobysport system by dealer but after speaking to Pete at Scoobysport it turns out it isn't.

It doesn't seem to have any markings on it but what seems different from other exhausts in that it doesn't have flange type joins to join the sections together, instead one sections fits inside the other then a clamp goes over the area the two pipes overlap. The backbox has a single oval tailpipe about three inches across.

Had a look around the web but no pics that I can find that look like it. Anyone any ideas what it could be ?

Graham goode and Mongoose are the only system I know of that uses sleeve joints.

They are both 3" diameter all the way through, tend to be twin dump (maybe not the GGR), that is, one large, one small pipe off the turbo, the smaller one merges into the larger a ways down the downpipe.

Both systems also have a resonator in the centre section somewhere, and the GGR system has a hi-flow cat in the downpipe

Scoobysport do 3" systems to order I believe with 3" tubing everywhere.
