Well its time for the next meet to be organised and by the looks of things we have a large interest in the Leicester direction.

Venue: THE RED COW HOTEL ! at Leicester Forest East.

BIGGER MAP of Red Cow

Date : Sunday 8th December

Time : 1pm (as the days are getting shorter)

As always this first post will contain all the latest info so you wont have to troll through all Scooby_Si posts and smilies to find out whats happening

Neal the Bees Knees is a good venue near to the warner village on the meridian, its got a good size car park, the landlady is quite accomodating!! ohh and its nice and simple to find...at the end of the m69..

Hi All

Rob, what do you mean by the Landlady is very accomadating

We need a place that isnt to busy on a Sunday, has a big car park and away from shopping areas as they might be very busy on a Sunday this close to Xmas. Where was the last Cov meet goes to Leicester held ??? That was a good pub with all the requirements we are looking for.

Keep looking guys and report back after you have seen how busy the places are on a Sunday. Also check with the gaffer for permission and that they havent got anything on that weekend like a Morris Dancing Convention.

Rob, from your experience with the Billing trip can you have a word with my Mrs as she is worried that she is going to go into labour while I am at this meet, she will still have 3 weeks to go .

Just got the decat downpipe done, full Magnex system now.

Gotta say, the grin has returned to my face again. Boost seems to be there much earlier than before.....and it is not that much louder! Just a bit deeper....and the odd pop and bang on liftoff in low gears!!

Well happy with it.

 

I thought I would change a habit of a lifetime and put a post on the scoobynet.

afraid can't do that saturday, any chance of changing it to the following Saturday?

as this will probably be the last meet before christmas.

Sorry for the delay in replies but been very busy doing the work thing. This dressing up as Santa is not what its cracked up to be . Still at work now .

Sorry Guys cant change the date from the 'SUNDAY 8th' (Tony B its SUNDAY not sat) due to fighting with the wife for this date as she is worried that she will go into birth while I am away at the meet 555Rob stylie . We only have 5 weeks to go then its Dad time .

We can always have a meet in early Jan so we can all proudly display our Xmas jumpers, musical socks and slippers (and baby )

Chod, u got to take me out on the Sunday want to see the differences it has made, has it raised the boost ?
