Imprezas sweeps the 2nd race at CDN rally

On Feb 12-13, we had the second Subaru Canada rally Championship series in maniwaki, quebec.
All top 3 were Subaru Imprezas
1. Tom McGeer with his 96 WRX
2. John Buffum in a 96 Impreza STI
3. Silvain Vincent with his 98 Canadian Impreza with transplanted EJ20.
Then followed a 98 Evo 5, and Audi quattro.
Overall a good week-end for Subaru considering, we had 6 of top 10 finishes in a field of 44 cars (17 makes).

Spongel ended fifth... On one of the specials, he went off road. It took him more than 9 minutes.
Road conditions were very icy and packed snow...
Buffum was in a rental car... I don't think it's his...don't know if he'll be racing that one again... he raced the EVO 5 at RAC in november...
