Wheres the best place to get a loan?

I need to borrow about £14k,and the best i have so far is 11.9% over 48 or 60 months.Anyone know any better?

Allienace and Leicester are often the cheapest. I go for he car loan option.

Tesco.com will do £15k at 7.8% over 5 years, and is only £12/month more expensive than £14K over 5 years (which is 9.1%)
