press spacebar now to invoke hardware profile/last known good menu.

When u press space bar nothing happens

Can you forward an incident number.

Of course, looking at it from the user's perspective, the phrase "press spacebar now to invoke hardware profile/last known good menu" is an instruction, so it's surprising that more people don't do it.

It should really be something like "If you want to invoke last known good menu, press spacebar now".
