My first scoob was modded, bought from a garage that used to be a scoob dealer. We had a bit of a "disagreement" and I wouldn't go there again so I went to an official dealer. The look on his face when he realised it was modified was a picture. They helped me, but would not admit anything nor garauntee that anything would work. This scared me as I used to have a TVR and know how much you can spend in a garage with ease

I have a brake post open (in the brake forum) which touches on this subject, but I wanted to throw open to the masses, as I know there are a lot of modded cars on this site.

For those of you that are still in your warranty period and have modded scoobs (non prodrive), how do your dealers treat you and do they try to get out of warranty claims by blaming your upgrades??

The rumour is that mellow yellow has the most modded P1 (could be mistaken) what do you do when something breaks (if it does)??
