Afternoon all,

Right the plan is as follows, in Guildford on the 2nd Nov:

18:00 TGI Fridays for a meal
20:30 BarZuka (next to The Drink - which used to be Harpers nightclub)
??? The Drink Night Club (last time we went in b4 22:00 to avoid paying full entrance).

What I need from you initially if you wish to attend is an email stating:

- contact number
- number of people
- whether you wish to go to the meal
- whether you will need a room at the travel inn

I may require a deposit for the meal prior to the day, and I will be contacting the travel inn to try and arrange a group discount (but I'd like a better idea on numbers first).

Ideally could you supply all this info by Monday 14 Oct.

Also PLEASE EMAIL ME if you are coming for sure, as I need to confirm numbers @ TGIs. Sorry, but it has become apparent a few people have had second thoughts, just want to make sure numbers are the same.

21:00 - 22:00 (maybe til 22:30 or so) at BarZuka nr JD Weatherspoons and Yates
22:00 onwards in The Drink
