Can someone with a pic of a JDM STi-7 silver take the original rims and photoshop me the same car with 1) shiny black rims and 2) flat / dull black rims

What happens if the pic on your compu is bigger than 100 KB, anyway to make it smaller or poorer quality to you can upload it using Turbouploader ?
