Question

Hi all

I have a Magnex BB and Magnex Centre (with resonator) fitted to a MY98 UK Impreza Turbo.

I'm now gonna take the plunge and fit a DP

Just wondering which one to go for? Should I stick to Magnex or go for a different brand? Are there any major differences I should know about?

Any help appreciated

Gavin

Gavin,
the noticable differences will be negligable, everyone has a favourite downpipe, mine is the Scoobymania one, others adore the scoobysport one, then you have the PE one and the list goes one lol!
There are just too many variables to consider (open necked ones or twin dump ones) some perform better lower down the rev range and some better towards the top, just pick one thats reasonably priced and put it on, you wont be dissappointed (and no i cant spell )

Gavin, one of the best downpipes on the market is the unit from Hayward & Scott. It has proven on the dyno days that this unit flows the best.

Check the dyno site for proof.
