Does this item need to be bonded or bolted to the bumper ?
And if bonded, is it feasible to DIY with some Halford-type stuff ?

Took me ages mate.
Eventually bought from someone on SN who had one surplus.
Expensive piece of kit thru a dealership, and you may need a P1 Chassis number handy if they ask (since Subaru want to keep the P1 look as limited as possible!)
Not sure if anyone does them aftermarket.
