I live in france and have a 99 GT turbo; i just bought a 3 port soleboid (because my 2 port was dead) but sine i've installed it, i can accelerate at wot (if i do that my head goes in the winshield, big cut off); if i accelerate slowly it's ok. I don't know excatly what's the problem i putted back the restrictor but i'm not sure of my installation because there was no notice with the solénoid. Could you please help me?

The 3 port requires different restictor sizes in different places (depending on your set-up).

You're hitting Fuel Cut because your boost is too high. You'll either need to remap, or fiddle with restrictors. I'd suggest getting another 2-port, or fitting a Dawes, as cheapest solution....email me if you want to spend more money

You probably have the pipework connected incorrectly, it should be as follows.

Actuator connect to the side port, tubo outlet to the top port and intake pipe to the bottom port, do not fit any restrictors. If you connect like this then you should have no problems.

"Do not fit any restrictors" ie don't fit, if you do you will/could suffer from overboost and or unstable boost ... did you check you pipework is connected ok? If it is then take out the restrictor and it "should" calm down.
