Dust Storm - do I need a Service?

I just went through construction site about a Km long and their was no warning so turning back was impossible. The thickness was so that visibility was actually reduced to about 20 yards. I'm worried the stuff got into everything. Do I need an oil change, air filter replaced or complete service?

Take your car down to a garage, get the air hose out, take out your filter and give it a good blasting with the air hose 
this should clear all the cr@p off it otherwise if your still worried go buy a new air filter
