Ive just found that some turd has run their fingers down the fins on my intercooler, flattening them all off.Im presuming that it wont have done any mechanical damage, but will it affect performance that much?
I suppose id better spend the next hour or so trying to straighten them!!!!!!!!

Yup a small screw driver will do the trick, get them back a straight as possible.
Did they do it through the bonnet scoop then?
Might wanna invest in an Intercooler shield like I got on mine.

Or a cocktail stick makes a good alternative to a screwdriver - and not sharp enough to damage anything.

I found using one of the fatter blades from a set feeler gauge worked wonders after I made the mistake of directing the nozzle of my pressue washer at the intercoolers - hours of fun.
