Any1 got 1, whats the difference between that and the standard top mount?? and can u still have water injection on it?? how much extra bhp?

1. gob loads more cool air
2. Generally it will be new therefore much more efficient anyways
3. Much less heat soak from engine bay when in traffic etc

No reason why Ic spray can still be fitted - just need to point jets properly I guess.

...but you may be better off with a larger turbo - in many ways the same effect (charge at a lower temperature because the turbo is working more efficiently) and probably costs less too Then see if you need better cooling & change to a FMIC (or uprated TMIC) - depending on the conditions you drive in.
