What parts to buy for a MY01 Turbo

Planning to get a new WRX for the 1st of Sept, 
, and I am needing some advice, here goes.
Twin headlights, seen two kinds is their anymore out there?
Dump valves, loud or a nice sound?
Front grilles, anyone seen a nice one?
Induction Kit or panel filter?
Should i go for the upgraded brakes or stick with standards, i won't be using it for track days.
