30,000 mile service - which parts?

Hello all
I've got to put my Turbo thru its service. Should I allow the garage to use stock parts for the service or are there better fluids, spark plugs etc for them to use?
Also while they are changing the brake fluids is it worth putting on braided lines?
Any help as ever greatly appreciated.
