Question

Posted here coz did not get a response in general !

Car is a MY00 standard apart from

ITG Filter and Magnex centre and Back.
Running a AE800 (Tek 1 ? nearly) ECU (better MPG and performance)

My question is which is the best downpipe to get, so far TSL and scoobysport seem in the lead, plus will I have any fueling or other problems due to running the AE800.

Plus does anybody have a TSL \ SS dp / Magnex centre and back combination and how loud is it.

Ta in advance.

Dave

Don't know about the combo, but you'll find that there's very little difference between the various DPs, as long as they are well made. Twin-dump are technically better, but the bell-mouth seems to be more consistent in getting good results.
Do for whichever is available/cheaper/easier to get hold of & you'll be fine!

Dave ,

I found the BPM twindump gives a throbbier sound out back and more of a whooshing sound up front at high revs as apposed to the SS dp that for me had more turbo whine up-front . The BPM again felt like it kicked in at midrange while the SS dp was more progressive till red line . Both however are good choices and no doubt add to the pleasure of driving your car .
Hurry up and get one .

Ray
