Is is worth changing the oil on an STI 7 between services . I think 10 000 miles is a lot between services on a car like this.
I used MOBIL MOTORSPORT oil on it's first service and are thinking of changing the oil now at 7000 miles, I will use the same oil as I am happy with it , or should I just wait for the next service at around christmas time.

I would change it m8. I would probably go for every 5,000 miles.
Mobil motorsport is pretty damn good, but i prefer the Motul 300v Competition, gives much better oil pressure etc, (still a 15W50)
