Using delta dash to measure power
I spent a bit of time using an excel spreadsheet of a deltadash log (one of Dowsers) to create a torque measurement.
The excel file is here and i haven't finshed it yet.
Please feel free to download and adapt to your needs.
I had to guess a few things, like frontal area, weight, cd and gear ratios (used rpm for speed as the speed column was to the nearest 4kph).
It gives the torque at the wheels, and the equivalent torque at the engine due to the gear ratio. No power, but it should be simple to add te column.
All units are SI, so Nm torque, and Kw power would be torque * 2 * PI * RPM/60.
Let me know how you get on.

From: Leeds - It was 562.4bhp@28psi on Optimax, How much closer to 600 with race fuel and a bigger turbo?
I tried having a play around with the spread sheet but couldnt manage to get a column with lbft or bhp..
found a good site for conversions (more so bore, stroke etc)
