Unhappy

On the 4th of July i am fighting for MY INDEPENDENCE as i am in court for speeding.
I am prepared for my fate or i will be for a week or so then comes the problem.
I traded the P1 a week ago and MY BIG RED EVO7 arrives in the country.
As it is such a beast it stays in quarantine for a few days then off to sva for test, arriving at Ralliart then it will be ready to be let loose.
Hopefully by ME.

Question

Perhaps it would have been cheaper to have waited until the outcome of the court case before doing the trade?

VERY best of luck - I was there two months ago, so if you want any tips email me!

Please tell me you have a solicitor

EVERY person that was in court on the same day I was that didn't have a solicitor (or used the duty guy) ended up with a minimum 28 ban(two got 56 days ) AND 6 points (for similar offences) the other guy who had his 'own' solicitor still got a 28 day ban, but only 5 points. I ended up with no ban and 6 points but a smaller fine than most of the others But it did cost me £750 in legal fees BUT I KEPT MY LICENSE which when you do 30000+ miles pa is vital - to say nothing of next years premiums

Good luck again - hope you can enjoy the EVO straight away, and don't have to wait 56 days not that it won't be worth the wait

Hmmm.

Perhaps it's better for the rest of us that you don't.

No, really some of the speed limits being set up are beyond a joke and have no sane purpose I can see.

Were you one of those, or a very naughty boy?

Gotta love those Evos though!
