HAVING UNSUCSESSFULLY REGISTERING MY PHONE A WHILE AGO 121 HAVE DEBITED MY ACCOUNT OVER £400 WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION IN 6 DIFFERENT TRANSACTIONS, ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS NOW AND I STILL HAVENT GOT MY MONEY BACK. ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS?

 

I had loads & loads of probs with one2one (mainly rubbish customer services, nothing like this though) so much so that I am now with orange who will match one2ones price plans

 

I had nothing but problems with One2One years ago so changed to Orange - who I've been with for about 6 years now .
Vodafone recently f***ed me around.
Can't beat Orange imho.

 

I'm also with orange but with a 1-2-1 talk plan. Been with them for 8 years one or two problems but they always end up sorting them out

 

As an employee of the better network, tough!!! (BTW its Vodafone)
