Dawes(mbc) on an import WRX - advice needed
does anyone have a Dawes (mbc) fitted to their import WRX (late 93)
and if so what experience have you had??? ie does running approx 0.9 bar( no spikes) cause problems in the long run. My car run 0.5 bar before I had an ECU reset, a new oxygen sensor and a Dawes fitted. Now it runs about 0.9 bar when under load in 5th after fuel cut off adjustment.
Just want to be sure I'm not damaging anything????

You should be fine as long as you run below the standard fuel cut. Running without the Dawes on a MY93 WRX you should have seen about 0.7/0.8bar if everything was fine, seeing 0.5 suggests the ECU was in limp home mode before you reset it.
The fuel cut on my car (MY95 WRX) is about 1.1bar, I've been running 1.0bar held without problems for a while now, however my ECU is different to yours (260PS).
I suggest finding your fuel cut (not too many times!) and set the Dawes to 0.1 bar below that in 5th on a cold day. As always, use SUL minimum as well.
