Was told my a relative that a scratch I have on my car (to55er keyed a panel) could be fixed using this stuff. As far as I am concerned there is about as much chance of this as my lottery numbers coming up at the weekend
Allegedly it is a big thing in the US, and is just being released in Saudi, where the guy stays, he sounded like a walking advert, so thought I'd check see if anyone has used it.

 

Reads just like any other abrasive cream.
