OK....I've been asked by Cruise North West if I can muster up 5 different scoobs to be displayed on a stand at next weekends Max Power Live event at the NEC Birmingham.

A mix would be good....say....a nicely modded waggon, a UK car...P1....22B....STi....MY01....etc....you get the drift.

It'll cost you nothing and you will also receive a free spare pass too

Arrival times circa 8.30am (pre-public entry) and finish around 6.00pm

There will be lots going on, and a host of other brilliant cars

Plenty of photo's....mag features etc,..... will be happening....so, mail me off line with your car details and contact details and I'll be in touch

There was a guy at the Scottish Motor Show last Sept who locked himself inside a Focus on the Ford stand and proceeded to slash the interior with a 6" knife!

I know Ford's are bad but seemed a bit extreme to me!

Chris I have got a Purple WRX, but can only make Sunday as I have got to work Saturday if thats any good. Hopefully you will see my Scooby tomorrow at Donnington.

My cars supposed to be going anyway but its going inside! From what i can remember cruise clubs only get pitches outside where people can wander around and do what they want. Inside there is a roped fencing and security so id find out first where your going. Mellow, you said you could now take 15 scoobs instead of 5, this strongly points to an outside pitch. Im not trying to scare anyone but when i was asked about my car i only agreed to take it if it was inside. By the way if you see a silver classic scoob with a daft rear spoiler then its mine, the spoiler will be going after max as it is only there for that reason!

ok, i've got a place with the car saturday and sunday...hav to be there at 7:30am!

so booked a room at the Brum Airport (Holiday Inn:-to book ring 0870 400 9007)for the saturday nite.


2 ppl £60 the nite INC Breakfast also!!!!! (they had an offer on)
and only 5mins away from the NEC

my petrol bill to and from Nottm would be that as i'm doing the two days now!
