rev limiter removal

hi
can any one tell me how to remove the rev limiter from a subaru ecu
I have a piggy back ecu but the standard ecu is still controlling the revs
regards

From: 32 cylinders and many cats

Which year is it - ie which ECU?

Also what cams/turbo/pistons/rods do you have - ie will you gain a lot from increasing the rev limit?
