Default Strange sidelight issue bh5 legacy

So I recently bought a legacy gtb year 2000

The issue I'm having is, all the lights work apart from the side lights, strange thing I noticed is if I have dipped beams on and then indicate the side lights on the side I'm indicating will stay lit up solid until I turn the indicator off, all the wiring looms original and untouched car is only on 43k miles anyone else experienced similar

Possibly a bad earth grounding point causing feedback. Try cleaning any body earth connections around the front engine bay / Radiator support beam area.
